HOW TO REGISTER?

  • Online registration is very easy and straightforward and mostly self-explanatory.
  • The first question you will encounter is “Are you a member of ASI? “
    • If you are you will be asked to enter "ASI Membership No"
    • You can provide your ASI membership number here and it will be verified
      • If you are not sure of the number, you can search using the following parameters;
        • Your Name
        • Mobile number
        • Email Id
    • If you are not an ASI member, then you are automatically taken to the next field
  • Next, fill in your “State Medical Council No”
  • Now you have to select your category of registration which are as follows;
    • ASI Member
    • Non ASI Member
    • Postgraduate Member of ASI
    • Postgraduate - Non ASI Member
  • Registration fee is different for all these categories and is Complimentary for Postgraduate Member of ASI. This is why we urge you to become a Member of ASI.
  • The rest of the fields are self-explanatory and please fill all of them diligently.
  • Photo is not mandatory, if you have a passport size photo please upload.
  • Next important field is your LOGIN DETAILS. Entry to many restricted areas of the website is only through login.
  • Username and Password is required for the delegate login. Username will be your registered email id. You need to create a password as instructed.
  • Finally, after filling of all fields, you will come to “DETAILS OF PAYMENT”
  • Payment options are Online or ‘NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or Demand Drafts (DD)
    • Online
      • You can now “Enter the characters as seen into the field provided”
      • Now when you press SUBMIT, you will be taken to Bank of Baroda’s payment gateway page and you may make your payment
      • The following are the payment options
        • Debit/Credit card payment
        • Net banking
        • UPI payments
      • Once the payment is made;
        • A page will be displayed saying your Registration is successful
        • An email will be automatically send to your email with details
        • A receipt of your payment also will be emailed
    • NEFT/RTGS/IMPS Transfers
      • If this option is selected, it means that you have already made the payment through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to ASI and you are ready with the NEFT /RTGS/IMPS details. You will be asked to enter the details in the respective fields.
      • You can now “Enter the characters as seen into the field provided” and press SUBMIT
      • Please note, your registration is not yet complete at this stage. ASI Head Office will have to verify your NEFT/RTGS/IMPS payment particulars, and then confirm your registration manually. Once your registration is confirmed, you will get an automatic intimation as well as the receipt by email.
    • Demand Drafts (DD)
      • This means that you have already taken a Demand Drafts in ASI’s name and are ready with the details and will be asked to enter the DD details in their respective fields.
      • You may now take a print out of your filled registration form.
      • Next, you can “Enter the characters as seen into the field provided” and press SUBMIT
      • Now the printed form can be posted/couriered along with the DD to ASI Head Office.
      • Please note, your registration is not yet complete at this stage. ASI Head Office will have to deposit your DD in the bank and after realisation, confirm your registration manually. Once your registration is confirmed, you will get an automatic intimation as well as the receipt by email.

ASI Member Rs. 1000 + 18% GST = Rs.1180 Rs. 1500 + 18% GST = Rs.1770
Non ASI Member Rs. 1500 + 18% GST = Rs.1770 Rs. 2000 + 18% GST = Rs.2360
Postgraduate Member of ASI Complimentary Complimentary
Postgraduate - Non ASI Member Rs. 1500 + 18% GST = Rs.1770 Rs. 2000 + 18% GST = Rs.2360

 

Please note:

Postgraduates who are not members of ASI are actively encouraged to become a “Member” & avail complimentary ASICON 2021 Registration. Deadline for receiving duly completed Membership form in order to avail complimentary ASICON 2021 Conference Registration is 15th November 2021

  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail at headoffice@asiindia.org
